Artist

Luca Bellandi was born in 1962 in Livorno. He attended the Pisa Institute of Art and took his degree at the Florence Art Academy. He started with the classics and later discovered american underground art. With a series of highly successful exhibitions held in recent years throughout Europe and USA, Luca Bellandi has won great acclaim, which has given him the status of one the most interesting young painters on the contemporary artistic scene. Special mention should be made of his personal exhibition dedicated to the MUMI, at the Michetti Museum of Francavilla a Mare, in november 2007.
